Our 'Neurodivergence Emotional Health and Well-being Group' is run for anyone who is diagnosed or undiagnosed neurodivergent, age 18+. Run by therapeutic counsellors, who have a lot of experience and knowledge in this field, this space is a compassionate, safe place for you to talk through the complexities of navigating life alongside being neurodiverse. Perhaps you feel alone or misunderstood by others in your life, who maybe don't really understand how different life can be for you? Perhaps you feel a need to constantly mask with other people and are left feeling tired by this? Our group is an open, non-judgemental space for you to unmask and unpack your feelings, with other neurodiverse people. Perhaps you may find some similarities with others in the group and feel some solidarity, maybe leading to new friendships?

The facilitators are qualified counsellors and will ensure that everyone who wants to speak is able to and ensure that the conversation is always moving in such a way that is respectful to each other.

Groups are limited to 15 places and it is OK to book a place, or just drop in! However, please note that if you drop in, we cannot guarantee you a space. To book a place please email gloscc@proton.me

We look forward to meeting you!
